Chapter Program

Bring the club to your city

Club members are in 40+ cities across 15 countries. Chapters turn those dots on the map into rooms of people building GRC engineering together. Lead the one in your city.

What Chapters Get

This is not a logo license and a Slack channel. The Club puts real resources behind every official chapter.

A Claude license for your chapter

The Club commits a Claude license to every chapter, so your meetings can be build sessions, not just meetups. Automate evidence, ship tools, demo real GRC engineering.

$500/year event budget

Every chapter gets $500 a year for its annual general meeting - the one required event. Venue, food, whatever makes your city show up.

Your city on the map

Chapter growth decides where the Club holds in-person events next year. Grow your chapter and the anticheckbox tour comes to you.

Build your own leadership team

Four officers run a chapter: President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer. Launch with the first two and fill the rest as you find the right people. Growing chapters add Directors of Membership, Practitioner Development, Events, and Marketing.

What It Takes

The bar is deliberately low on logistics and deliberately high on showing up.

  • A President and a Vice President to launch - two people, from day one
  • Four officers over time: President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer
  • At least one meeting per quarter
  • One annual general meeting per year (the $500 budget covers it)
  • Your chapter becomes official at 20 members

How It Works

From application to official chapter, one step at a time.

  1. Step 1

    Apply

The form below takes five minutes. Tell us your city and why it needs a chapter. You can apply solo - the VP can come later.

  2. Step 2

    We reply within a week

Every application gets a human read. Approved chapters go provisional immediately: your chapter page goes live on this site and you get an announcement graphic to post.

  3. Step 3

Recruit your VP and first members

We connect you with club members already in your metro and announce your chapter to the community. Your Secretary and Treasurer usually come out of that first group.

  4. Step 4

    Hold your first meeting

Coffee shop, office space, someone’s living room. One meeting a quarter is the bar; most chapters do more.

  5. Step 5

Hit 20 members and go official

Members are paid club members. At 20, your chapter is official: Claude license, official LinkedIn page, $500 annual budget, and a say in where next year’s in-person events happen.

First time launching a professional chapter? Read the Chapter Leader Guide for a staged, been-there playbook. Recording video for your chapter? Set up your lighting first.
